在pH3.65的柠檬酸盐缓冲溶液中,当十二烷基硫酸钠胶束的浓度为80mmol/L时,依诺沙星和左氧沙星可发出较强荧光。通过对激发波长和发射波长的适当选择,可对二者进行同时测定。在最佳条件下,依诺沙星和左氧沙星的检出限分别为2.90μg/L和2.11μg/L,线性动态范围分别为50~600μg/L和25~350μg/L。该方法已用于乳中依诺沙星和左氧沙星的残留测定,二者的加标回收率分别在101.29%~113.67%和85.63%~91.93%之间。
Enoxacin and levofloxacin can emit intense fluorescence in the citrate buffer adjusted to pH 3.65 when the SDS concentration in the buffer is 80 mmol/L. The two analytes can be simultaneously determined by means of the proper selection for exciting wavelength and emitting wavelength. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limits are 2.90 μg/L for enoxacin and 2.11 μg/L for levofloxacin, and the linear dynamic ranges are 50-600 μg/L for enoxacin and 25-350 μg/L for levofloxaein, respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of enoxacin and levofloxacin residue in milk, and the recoveries of spiked sample are 101.29%-113.67% for enoxacin and 85.63%-91.93% for levofloxacin.
