摘要
采用微波消解技术将有机磷转化为磷酸盐,然后用离子色谱法测定磷酸盐,从而获得大豆粉中有机磷含量。实验中比较了湿法消解和微波消解的特点及有机磷的转化率。离子色谱定量外标曲线方程为y=0.0146x-0.0604。相关系数为R^2=0.9986,测定结果相对标准偏差为6.12%,回收率为97.5%-103%。
The organic phosphorus was changed into phosphate by microwave - assisted digestion treatment. The contents of phosphate was determined by IC, So the content of organic phosphorus in the soybean flour was gotten by means of calculation. The characteristic and the phosphorus changing rate of the wet digestion method and the microwave - assisted digestion method were Compared. The linear regression equation was y = 0.014 6 + 0. 060 4 x, the corrlation coefficient(R^2) was 0.998 6, the relative standard deviation was 6.12% and the recoveries were 97.5% - 103%. The results were satisfactory. This method was rapid and accurate.
