罗氏沼虾不同群体线粒体16SrRNA基因的序列变异及其保守性分析 被引量:5

摘要 利用PCR技术扩增获得罗氏沼虾广西养殖群体、江苏养殖群体和缅甸原种F13个不同群体共15个个体的线粒体16SrRNA基因片段,测定序列并进行序列同源性比较。结果显示,在得到的401bp长度的基因片段中,3个群体所有个体的核苷酸序列完全一致,序列同源性为100%,该基因在群体内或不同群体间均不存在遗传差异。表明罗氏沼虾的16SrRNA基因是比较保守的序列,在不同群体间的分化程度很低。 The 16S ribosomal RNA(16SrRNA) gene of total 15 samples from three populations of Macrobrachium rosenbergii, F1 of Burma wild population, Guangxi cultured population and Jiangsu cultured population ,was amplified with polymerase chain reaction(PCR) method, and 401 bp length gene segments were acquired and sequenced. The result of sequence alignment showed that nucleotide sequences of 16SrRNA gene of all samples were entirely identical to each other and had no any polymorphic sites among them. That meaned this gene was of 100 percent of identity and had no genetic variation among or between populations, This evidence clearly indicates that 16SrRNA of Macrobrachium rosenbergii was a very conservative gene and had low sequence difference between different populations of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.
