摘要
以SO42-/ZrO2-A l2O3固体超强酸为催化剂,通过异戊酸与苯乙醇反应合成了异戊酸苯乙酯,研究了各有关因素对产品酯化率的影响。实验表明,固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-A l2O3是合成异戊酸苯乙酯的良好催化剂,在醇酸物质的量比为1.5∶1,催化剂用量为1.0g/0.05mol异戊酸,二甲苯12mL,反应时间3.0h的条件下,异戊酸苯乙酯的酯化率可达93.79%。
Phenylethyl isovalerate was synthesized fi'om iso - valeric acid and phenethyl alcohol using the solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2-Al2O3 as catalyst, The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and best conditions were found out. The optimum conditions are: molar ratio of phenethyl alcohol to iso -valeric acid was 1.5: 1, the amount of catalyst was 1.0g/0.05tool iso -valeric acid, the amount of dimethylbenzene was 12mL, the reaction time was 3. Oh. The solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2-Al2O3 was a good catalyst for synthesizing phenylethyl isovalerate and its yield can reach up to 93.79%.
