Synthesis of Ethyl Formate Catalyzed by SO_4 ^( 2-)/TiO_2-Al_2O_3 Solid Superacid

摘要 用SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3固体超强酸作催化剂催化合成甲酸乙酯,考察了催化剂的活化温度、催化剂用量、反应物配比对酯化反应的影响。结果表明,SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3固体超强酸是合成甲酸乙酯的良好催化剂,并且可以重复使用。在醇酸摩尔比2∶1、催化剂用量(以每摩尔甲酸计)2g、反应时间4h的最佳条件下,甲酸乙酯的产率可达99.5%。 Ethyl formate was synthesized using SO4^2-/TiO2 - Al2O3 solid superacid as catalyst. The effects of activation temperature of catalyst, amount of catalyst, and molar ratio of reactants on esterification were discussed. The results showed that SO4^2-/TiO2 - Al2O3 solid superacid was a good catalyst for synthesizing ethyl formate and could be used repeatedly. The yield of ethyl formate was up to 99.5 % under the following optimum conditions : molar ratio of ethnol to formate 2:1 ,amount of catalyst 2 g (based on per molar of formate) ,and reaction time 4 h.
