摘要
目的探索野黄桂叶油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法从野黄桂的鲜叶中提取挥发油,利用气-质联用技术对其化学成分进行分析。结果从中分离鉴定出28个化学成分,其中芳樟醇和1,8-桉叶素分别占32.4%和17.29%。结论野黄桂叶油是一种资源植物且挥发性成分中芳樟醇和桉叶素含量较高,具有较高的开发价值。
Objective To study on the chemical components of the volatile oil from the leaves of Cinnamomum jensenianum Hand. -Mazz. Methods The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC - MS technology. Results 28 compounds from the volatile oil were isolated and identified, in which Linalool and 1, 8 - cineole accounted for 32.4% and 17.29% respectively. Conclusion Cinnamomum jensenianum Hand. - Mazz is a useful resource plant of high value for containing abundant Linalool and 1, 8 - cineole.
