摘要
如何有效管理和激励知识员工,是现代企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的关键。文章从弗罗姆期望理论入手,结合知识员工自身特点,提出了从期望值、主观效价及关联性等方面切实采取措施,提高知识员工的积极性。
How to manage and motivate knowledge employees effectively is the key to the modern enterprises remaining unconquerable in the fierce market competitions. Based on V. H. Frown's Expectancy The- ory and linked to the characteristics of Knowledge workers, this article suggests taking practical measures (such as enhancing expectancy, valence, instrumentality) to motivate knowledge employees .
