摘要
高职物流人才培养目标的定位必须在分析高职物流人才供需双方的需求差异与不平衡性和高职院校教育资源的差异性的基础上来进行,文章以浙江经贸职业技术学院物流管理专业为例,提出了高职物流人才目标定位的思路与解决人才培养目标定位问题的方法。
The aim of talent training is the general principle and the key point for education and it＇s basic for education teaching as well. The location of talent training logistics in higher vocational education must analysis the balance of human resource supply and demand, and the discrimination of education resource at the same time. The author took the major of logistics of ZheJiang economic ＆ trade polytechnic for example, finding the resolution and method of the aim of talent training.
