摘要
以正辛醇为溶剂,以双酚A、溴素、双氧水为原料,采用原位溴化-氧化法合成了四溴双酚A。适宜的反应条件为:n(双酚A):n(溴素):n(双氧水)=1:2.05:2.1,反应温度为25℃,熟化温度为80℃,熟化时间为60 min,V(醇):V(水)=4:1,溶剂用量(以双酚A计)3.9 mL/g,在此条件下套用溶剂,以双酚A计的四溴双酚A的收率大于98.4%,熔点178.0~181.3℃。
Tetrabromobisphenol-A is a widely used flame retardant. It was synthesized with 1-octanol as organic solvent from bisphenol-A, bromine and hydrogen peroxide by in-situ bromination-oxidation. The optimal conditions for the reaction were found as follows: n(bisphenol-A) : n(bromine) : n (hydrogen peroxide) = 1 : 2.05 : 2.1, reaction temperature 25 ℃ , aging at 80 ℃ for 60 min, V(1- octanol) : V(water) = 4 : 1, and the volume of solvent 3.9 mL/g bisphenol-A. The yield of tetrabromobisphenol A based on bisphenol A was above 98.4% under the optimal conditions by using the recycled solvent and the melting point of the product was between 178.0 ℃ to 181.3 ℃.
