摘要
文中说明了音频混合信号电路设计中对音频输出信号进行过零检测的必要性,提出一种实现过零检测的电路结构并推导在设计该电路时需要满足的延时条件,同时分析了实际电路中影响延时的因素,最后给出一种电路实现的仿真结果。在典型的0.18μm/3.3V硅CMOS工艺下,用SPICE软件对该电路进行模拟仿真,可以看到该电路完全满足推导出的延时要求,并且能够实现对输出信号的过零检测。
This article explains the necessity of zerodetect for the output audio signal in audio Mix-Mode circuit design. It then proposes a kind of realization of zerodetect circuit and deduces the delay requirement for the circuit. Meanwhile, factors that might influence the delay in practical zerodetect circuit are analyzed. Eventually, the simulation result of a kind of realization of zerodetect circuit is shown. Using standard 0.18μm/3.3V Si CMOS model and simulated by SPICE EDA software, the proposed realization can completely satisfy the delay requirement and can properly detect zero points of output signal.
