摘要
中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆石化分公司炼油厂Ⅱ套气体分馏装置原采用集散控制系统控制,为进一步提高丙烯收率,实施了先进系统应用项目。介绍了先进控制系统的目标、构成、控制方案和应用情况。经过一年的工程开发和现场调试,取得了较好的效果,先进控制投用率达到90%,丙烯收率提高0.28%.经济效益显著,同时操作平稳率大幅度提高。
The existing DCS system in the No. II gas fractionation unit in the Refinery of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Co. , Ltd was upgraded into advanced process control (APS) system to improve propylene yield. After one year' s development and field tuning, good results have been achieved. The commissioning factor of APC is 90%, the propylene yield is 0.28% higher than before and economic benefits is obvious.
