摘要
分析了APC先进控制系统在常减压装置投用后,对装置操作平稳率、产品质量及侧线收率的提升效果。表明APC系统的应用可使装置操作更加平稳,降低了操作人员的劳动强度;提高了产品质量的控制精度,提高了目标产品的收率。
Analysis was made to the promotion effect of APC advanced control system on the operation stability , product quality and side draw yield of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit , since it ’ s put into operation. The analytical result showed that , the application of APC system can make the operation of the unit more stable , reduce the labor intensity of the operators , improve the control precision of product quality , and increase the yield of target product.
