摘要 科技诺贝尔奖领域知识创新与人才培养存在着大量呈"链"状模式相继传承的现象,并表现出明显的接代连续性、集聚性、扩散性、学科交叉与合作性等一系列特征与效应。通过学术、师生关系、科研机构等科学中介和载体的联结、传递、延伸,一代一代诺贝尔奖成就和人才大多能够加以连接,形成一条条通向诺贝尔奖的历史传递链,从而使科学知识得以积累,人才得以培养,创新得以延续。 If is very common to see the"chain"phenomenon in the technical Nobel Prize domain, in which knowledge innovation and talented person raising inherit one after another, and it also displays extremely and obviously such attributes as continuity,concentration, diffusibility and the overlapping cooperation of different disciplines and so on. Through the combination, transmission and extension of such intermediacies as academic, relations between teachers and students,scientific research institution,generations of Nobel Prize achievement and the talented people could be linked together and form historical transmit chain to the Nobel Prize, thus enables the scientific knowledge to be accumulated,the talented person to be raised and the innovation can cominue.
