摘要
采用原位皮肤黏膜瓣肛管修复术治疗环状混合痔，在充分去除痔核的同时保留了肛垫区的ATZ上皮、直肠肛管移行上皮，并修复肛垫达正常解剖位置，恢复了肛管的形态功能，克服了肛门狭窄、肛门感觉性大便失禁等问题。该术式具有操作方便、出血少、痛苦小、恢复快、并发症少等优点。
The procedure of repairing anal canal with mucosa and skin flaps was adopted in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. When the hemorrhoid was completely removed,the ATZ epithelium of the anocushion area and the transitional epithelium of the rectum and anal canal should be reserved concurrently and the anocushion should be repaired to the position of normal anatomic function so as to restore the contour and function of the anus. It is revealed that the procedure has resolved the problems of anal stricture,facal incontinence,etc. This procedure is simple in manipulation,less in complications and better in therapeutic outcome.
