摘要
测量1Cr18Ni9Ti合金钢(高温时效处理)的杨氏模量与泊松比,为热处理新工艺提供材料的弹性系数指标,为工程实际提供力学参数;采用应变电测原理和技术(应变片测量法),在试样纵向和横向粘贴电阻应变片,通过静态电阻应变仪测量试样纵向和横向应变,得出了1Cr18Ni9Ti合金钢的弹性模量和泊松比。1Cr18Ni9Ti合金钢为低模量材料。
We measured the 1Cr18Ni9Ti alloy steel (high-temperature aging treatment) Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio, it applied new process for heat treatment to provide material elasticity coefficient indicators and Provide for the mechanical engineering parameters. To strain measurement principle and technology- (strain-measuring method) in the vertical and horizontal we pasted the sample resistance strain and resistance to static strain measurement sample vertical and horizontal strain. We obtained the elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of 1Cr18Ni9Ti Steel. The 1Cr18Ni9Ti Steel is modulus material.
