摘要
在金属材料拉伸试验中,传统的接触式引伸计测量存在诸多缺陷。本文研究了视频引伸计测量系统的工作原理和关键技术,并且分析了视频引伸计的发展趋势。视频引伸计采用CCD作为光电传感器,可非接触测量材料拉伸过程中的变形量。试验前在试件上做好标记,通过试验时标记的变化测得应变量,实现了金属材料在加载过程中应变的实时测量。
In the tensile testing of metallic materials,the traditional contact extensor is often used,but it has some disadvantages.This article introduces the working principle and the key technology of video extensometer measuring system,and analyses the development trend of the video extensometer.In the tensile process,the video extensometer measuring system adopts CCD detectors as photoelectric sensor to measure the deformation of the sample without contact.The deformation in the test process can be obtained according to the change of the mark marked on the sample before the test.So the system can successfully be applied to realize the real-time measurement of strain.
