摘要
目的探讨PPH治疗环状痔的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析应用PPH治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度环状痔36例的临床资料。结果平均手术时间30min、术后平均住院时间3.5d。术后5例肛门疼痛需用止痛药物,第2天无肛门疼痛。随访2周～2月,未见复发。结论PPH治疗环状痔,具有安全有效、手术时间短、术后疼痛轻、住院时间少、病人术后恢复快、并发症少等优点。
Objective To evaluate the Efficacy of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoid in the treatment of circumferential hemorrhoids. Methods 36 cases emorrhoids at the Ⅲ, Ⅳ degree were operated on by PPH. Results The mean operation time was 30 minutes and mean hospitalization time was 3.5 days.5 Cases had anus pain,after taking analgesic,no pain occurred on the second day. They had no recurrence after follow-up for 2-10 months. Conclusion PPH is a safe and effective treatment for severe hemorrhoids with the advantages of less postoprative pain,shorter hospitalization time and quicker recovery.
