显微外科手术治疗侧脑室内肿瘤 被引量：3

摘要 目的总结显微外科切除侧脑室内肿瘤的手术经验。方法回顾性分析18例侧脑室内肿瘤的临床资料,其中肿瘤位于侧脑室三角区或颞角10例,枕角4例,额角2例,室间孔区2例;病理性质为脑膜瘤、脉络丛乳头状瘤、间变性胶质瘤等。结果肿瘤全切15例,次全切3例。随访16例,失访2例,随访时间3个月～6年,平均2.3年;治愈14例,复发2例,同向偏盲2例,癫疒间1例,肢体瘫无好转1例。结论侧脑室内肿瘤采用显微外科技术切除可提高肿瘤的全切率,减少致残率和死亡率。
