摘要
目的评价术前栓塞术对脑膜瘤简化手术、术后并发症、手术全切率及复发率的疗效。方法选取2010年1月-2013年1月期间于我院治疗的脑膜瘤患者59例,设行术前栓塞术的24例为Ⅰ组,设早期未行术前栓塞术的35例为Ⅱ组,对照两组治疗中手术时间、术中出血情况、手术全切率、术后并发症及随访3年的复发率。结果Ⅰ组手术时间与Ⅱ组明显较短,Ⅰ组手术出血量与Ⅱ组比较明显较少,两组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;Ⅰ组全切率（Ⅰ-Ⅲ级）100%、Ⅱ组全切率（Ⅰ-Ⅲ级）92.43%,组间比较Ⅰ组明显高于Ⅱ组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;Ⅰ组3年内复发2例,Ⅱ组3年内复发6例,组间比较差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对脑膜瘤手术患者行术前栓塞术,不但可起到简化手术的效果,还可提高全切率,降低患者手术并发症发生率,减少复发率,在临床具有较为积极的作用。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of preoperative embolization to meningioma simplified operation, postoperative complications, total resection rate and recurrence rate. Methods 59 cases of patients with meningioma cured in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were selected. 24 cases cured with preoperative embolization were divided into group Ⅰ, 35 cases without preoperative embolization were divided into group Ⅱ. Operation time, intraoperative bleeding, total resection rate, postoperative complications and recurrence rate after 3 years of follow-up of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time in group I was significantly shorter than that in group II, and the amount of bleeding in group I was significantly lower than that in group II, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The total resection rate（ Ⅰ- Ⅲ） in group Ⅰ was 100%, which was significantly higher than that in group II with 92.43%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. There were 2 cases of recurrence in the first year of the group Ⅰ, and there were 6 cases of recurrence in the first year of the group II, the difference between the two groups was significant, with statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative embolization in treatment of meningioma can simplify the operation effect, improve the total resection rate, reduce the incidence of complications, and reduce the recurrence rate. It has a positive role in clinical.
