摘要
目的总结长条双垫片预防性减张缝合法防止腹壁直切口裂开的效果。方法对年龄≥60岁,腹壁直切口长度>12 cm的311例患者,分为实验组142例,对照组169例,均使用人工合成可吸收缝线行分层腹壁筋膜连续缝合法闭合腹壁切口,实验组在皮肤上加用长条双垫片。结果实验组无切口裂开,对照组切口全层裂开6例(3.6%),两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组甲级愈合127例(89.4%),对照组147例(87.0%),两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论应用长条双垫片行预防性减张缝合能有效防止腹壁直切口裂开。
Objective To summarize the effect of relaxation suture with double sliver gasket to prevent straight abdominal wound dehiscence. Methods 311 old patients of age 60 years and above, with incision length more than 12 cm, were underwent layered continuous closure with absorbable suture. Among them, 142 cases ranged as experiment group were stitched plus double sliver gasket, and other 169 cases were ranged as control group. Results There was significant difference in wound dehiscence rate between experiment group and control group （0 VS 3.6% , P 〈 0.05 ）, and no remarkable difference in class-A healing rate （89.4% VS 87.0%, P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Prophylactic application of relaxation suture with double sliver gasket is helpful to decrease the rate of abdominal wound dehiscence.
