摘要
研究温度和昼夜温差对生物反应器内培养的马铃薯脱毒苗生长的影响,结果表明,25℃的培养温度对Atlantic和Russet Burbank两品种节数和株高的增加有利,而30℃有利于幼苗鲜物重及根鲜物重的增加;昼夜温差对Atlantic和Russet Burbank两品种幼苗的生长影响不同,昼夜温差为25/20℃时,Atlantic的节数、幼苗鲜物重和根鲜物重最佳,而昼夜温度差25/25℃的恒温条件有利于Russet Burbank马铃薯脱毒苗的生长.
The effect of temperature on plantlet growth of virus-free potato of Atlantic and Russet Burbank in bioreactor were carried out. Number of nodes and shoot height were grow better at the-cuhure temperature of 25 ℃ than at 15 ℃,20 ℃ and 30 ℃ both of Atlantic and Russet Burbank. But optimal shoot fresh weight and root fresh weight were obtained at the culture temperature of 30 ℃. Plantlet growth in bioreactor was also affected by temperature alternations of day and night, 25 ℃/20℃ was found to be optimal for number of nodes, shoot and root fresh weight of Atlantic. However, for Russet Burbank, 25 ℃/25 ℃ treatment should promote plantlet growth during bioreactor culture.
