摘要
管理决策理论不仅对有限理性进行探讨和分析,而且在决策理论中始终贯穿着西蒙对管理活动的协调思想。决策是管理的核心,在政府决策过程中,其决策的标准应该寻求"最优"和"最令人满意的"的协调,其决策的有效性依赖于组织与信息、个人目标与组织目标的协调统一。
Summary ： The theory of management decision-making is defined to research and analyze finite sense. Simon＇ s idea of harmony in management action is permeated inside the decision-making theory all the time. Decision-making is the core of management. Re-garding to the process of governmental decision-making, the criterion of decision should be the harmony between ＂the best＂ and ＂the most satisfied＂, and meanwhile the validity of the decision should be the harmony of organization and information, personal goal and collective goal.
