摘要
利用文献资料、数理统计、实验研究方法对对普通高校游泳运动员进行水上牵引训练,结果显示:水上牵引训练对提高大学生业余运动员成绩有很好的效果,能够使运动员更好的体会肌肉的发力特点,对提高运动技术也有一定帮助。提出了注意对练习时间和强度的把握,以及对技术动作的指导建议。
The swimming traction- training in view of documents and materials, mathematical statistics, and research approach can be applied to swimmers from the non- sport major university. It is proved that the swimming traction- training can effectively help the amateurish college SWimmers to swim faster, to understand how to use their muscle power in swimming drills and competitions and to make their technique progress. This study suggests us that the time and load of the drill should be pay more attention to and gives us the advice of correcting technique.
