摘要
本文通过对129名优秀的中国女子排球运动员快缩肌纤维百分组成的无损伤测定,分析并提出了女排运动员肌纤维类型选材的百分量值。
This paper, through non-invasive evaluation of the percentage
composition of the quick contract muscle fibre among 129 Chinese
top volleyball players, analysed and proposed the percentage
threshold in the identification of the muscle fibre types for
women volleyball players.
