摘要
JA750型等离子体光谱仪测控系统的计算机换型、从PDP-8A-IBMPc286-通用微机,解决了专用计算机维修换件难的问题,保证了仪器正常运转,延长了该仪器使用寿命;操作系统升级,从PDP-8A机器语言→DOS操作系统→windows操作系统,解决了原机器语言操作系统功能落后的问题。该文对仪器改造前后的功能及技术指标进行了对比,并利用改造后的等离子体光谱仪进行了矿产勘查样品测试方法的研究,经国家一级标准物质(GBW)分析验证,该方法测量相对误差和相对标准偏差均在标准要求范围内,为矿产勘查样品系统,快速、大批量样品分析提供一种有效手段。
The difficulty of maintaining and exchanging the measurement and control system of JA750 type plasma spectrometers for special computers was overcome by changing computer model from PDP-8A to IBM PC 286 and then to universal computers. Changing computer model can guarantee the normal operation of instruments and prolong the service life of them. The problem that the function of the former computer language operating system is simple was settled by updating the operating system from PDP-8A computer language to DOS operating system and then to Windows operating system. By contrasting the former computer function and the technical standard with the ones after the improvement, the advantage of this improvement was shown. The test of explored mineral samples was carried out on the improved plasma spectrometers . The results of the test were validated by national standard mineral analysis. The relative error and the relative standard deviation of this measurement are both qualified in the standard range. This method can be used not only in a systematical and quick analysis of explored mineral samples but also in an analysis for a large batch of samples.
