摘要 利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP—AES)法对闪锌矿中主元素与微量元素进行测定,通过对背景、基体和元素干扰校正试验的研究,采用基体匹配、干扰系数校正及元素内标法,优化了仪器工作条件,建立了以HCl-HNO3体系处理闪锌矿样品的综合最佳实验条件.ICP-AES法测定闪锌矿中镉、钴、铜、铁、铟、锰、镍、铅、锌9种元素的方法,经国家一级标准物质GBW 07270分析验证,本方法测量相对误差RE(n=8)为1.22%-8.47%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=8)为3.43%-8.59%. Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was used to determine the main elements and trace elements in sphalerite. Via the investigation of background, matrix element and the chemical element interferences, and adopting the matrix element matching, the interference coefficient correction and the method of inner standard of chemical elements, the instrument work conditions were optimized, the best comprehensive experiment conditions to chemically processing sphalerite samples with HCl-HNO3 were established. The method of determining cobalt, copper, iron, indium, manganese, nickel, lead, zinc in sphalerite with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was verified with the nation one standard material ( GBW 07270). This method exhibits the relative error RE (n = 8 ) between 1.22% and 8.47%, the relative standard deviation RSD (n = 8 ) is between 3.43% anti 8.59%, anti can satisfy the analytical request of the single sphalerite sample.
