摘要
吸水树脂是一种新型的堵漏材料,能够很好地解决钻井过程中的钻井液漏失问题,同时可有效地防止钻井液固相入侵地层裂缝而对油气层造成伤害。本文以丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和长碳链疏水单体为原料,复合钠基蒙脱土,制备了一种适合于油气井钻探的耐盐耐压水膨体堵漏材料。分析了制备该吸水树脂各因素对其性能的影响,解释了聚合物吸水堵漏的机理,并通过室内模拟现场堵漏试验证明了这种聚合物用于钻井堵漏的可行性。
Absorbent-resin is a new kind of lost-circulation materials, which can deal with the problems of circulation loss for drilling mud when drilling well and prevent solid particles phrase in drilling mud invading reservoir fracture effective and pollutting oil and gas reservoir in the same time. So a swelling lost-circulation material which have the quality for pressure-proof and salt resistance was synthesized, in which acrylic acid, acrylamide and lyophobic monomer with long carbochain are prepared for raw materials, compounding sodium bentonite. Several factors which influenced the performance of absorbent-resin were analyzed. Moreover, this paper explained the machanism of lost-circulation, and proved the feasibility of lost-circulation with swelling polymer by means of analog test indoor.
