摘要
试验以苹果渣为原料,研究了D151H阳离子树脂提取果胶的工艺技术条件。采用单因素和正交试验确定了最佳提取条件。结果表明,加入D151H阳离子交换树脂可提高果胶得率;在优惠工艺条件下,粗果胶得率可达9%左右。
The technology of extracting pectin from apple's pomace with D151H cation resin is studied. The optimal extraction parameters and the extraction rate of pectin were discovered by single factor and orthogonal experiments. It indicates that the extraction rate of pectin will be increased while cation resin is used. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction rate of pectin is about 9%.
