摘要
由蔗糖、8-羟基喹啉、硝酸银和青鲜素等组成的保鲜剂处理香石竹切花,经处理其花朵开度增大、鲜重增加,膜透性降低,能延缓SOD和CAT活性的下降,提高还原糖含量,使切花的瓶插寿命延长.
Treated with the antistaling agent (of sucrose, 8-HQ, silver nitrate and maleic hydrazide, etc. ), the cut flowers of carnation spread larger; their fresh weight increases; their membranes have smaller permeability; the activation of SOD and CAT is maintained; the content of reducing sugar raises. All of the results prolong the life-span of the cut flowers.
