摘要 卡拉白鱼分别在0,0.5,1.0,2.0,3.0,4.0和5.0 g/L NaHCO3溶液中饲养30 d后,检测其血糖和谷丙转氨酶等指标,观察受试鱼的鳃、肝和肾组织,结果表明:试验鱼在碱度分别为7.63,12.98,21.46,29.64 mmol/L(T0.5,T1,T2,T3)组中的相对增重率较对照组鱼有增高趋势,碱度40.78 mmol/L(T4)组鱼的生长受到抑制,碱度49.26 mmol/L(T5)组鱼在第5天全部死亡;碱度29.64 mmol/L(T3)组和40.78 mmol/L(T4)组鱼的血糖和血清谷丙转氨酶出现明显变化(P<0.05),且受试鱼的鳃小片缩短,鳃小片上皮细胞发生肥大、脱落;肝细胞肿胀,细胞质中出现空泡,细胞核偏离细胞中心,肝细胞核萎缩和肝细胞溶解;肾小管上皮细胞肿胀、脱落和坏死,肾小管管腔增大. After the Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis were bred in NaHCO3 solution with different concentrations of 0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 g/L for 30 days, their growth indexes such as blood glucose and GPT were tested, their tissues of gill, liver and kidney were observed and analyzed, while the Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis had no diet for 24 hours. The results showed that compared with control group, the relative liveweight gain rate of the Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis increased in NaHCO3 solution with alkalinity of 7.63-29.64 mmol/L, the growth of the fish were restricted in NaHCO3 solution with alkalinity of 40. 78 retool/L, the fish died in the 5th day in NaHCO3 solution with alkalinity of 49.26 mmol/L; In NaHCO3 solutions with alkalinity of 29.64 and 40.78 mmol/L, the blood glucose and GPT of the fish changed significantly (P〈0.05), Their branch leaf shorted and epitheliums of the branch leaf were hypertrophy and defluvium; Their hepatocytes hypertrophied, their liver cytoplasm were highly vacuolated, some hepatocyte nuclei were lateroposition close to the cell membrane, atrophy and deformation, and focal necrosis occurred after cytolysis and karyolysis; Epithelium of uriniferous tubule were hypertrophy and necrosis, and the antrum of uriniferous tubule were aggrandizement.
