摘要 环氧树脂与乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酸以及苯乙烯接枝共聚,合成了有机硅改性环氧树脂水分散体。用动态光散射粒径仪(DLS)测定乳液的粒径及其分布,用傅立叶红外(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TGA)对聚合产物做了结构表征和热分析,并考察了乙烯基硅氧烷用量对乳液及涂膜性能的影响。研究表明,有机硅的引入影响环氧水分散体的粒径分布,由改性前的双峰变为单峰;延缓了固化涂膜的热分解温度,高温稳定性较好;固化涂膜的耐水性、粘结性和机械性能等均有所提高。 The water dispersion of silane modified epoxy resin was synthesized by graft copolymerization of epoxy resin 0EP609) with vinyltriethoxysilane (VTES), methylacrylic acid (MAA) and styrene (ST). The particle size and particle distribution of the dispersion were studied by dynamic light scattering (DLS), and the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) was used to characterize the structure of copolymer. The storage stability of the dispersion, heat resistance and other mechanical properties of cured film were also studied. The results show that the graft copolymerization of epoxy resin with VTES and MAA has been occurred, and accompanying the increase of silane monomer dosage added, the particle size in the dispersion increases and the particle distribution changes from double peaks to a single peak, while the stability of the dispersion becomes worse. As to the cured film of the dispersion synthesized, its water resistance, adhesion, flexility and heat-decomposed temperature are improved with the increase of the used silane monomer dosage. Finally, it was found that both the stability of the dispersion and the properties of the cured film could be excellent when the used VTES/EP609 dosage ratio is in the suitable range of 3%-5% of the graft copolymerized epoxyresin.
