摘要
对Viloft纤维的纵横向形态特征、力学性能、摩擦性能、卷曲弹性等进行了测试分析,并和粘胶纤维进行了比较。结果表明:Viloft纤维的截面呈独特的扁平墙垛形状,其边缘有较浅的锯齿,纵向有连续、多条细纹沟槽;其强伸性能与粘胶纤维基本接近,但其静摩擦因数、卷曲率均大于粘胶纤维,表明纤维间的抱合力较好,平滑性较差,在纺纱加工中要根据各道工序对纤维摩擦抱合性质的不同要求采取相应的处理方法。
In this article are analyzed the tests of its cross and vertical shapes, physical properties, friction performance and crimp elasticity of Viloft fiber and compared with that of viscose fiber. The result indicates that the cross section of Viloft fiber shows a flat shape with small saws in edge and its vertical part shows continuous multi fine slots; its stretch performance is close to that of viscose fiber but its crimp and static friction factor are all greater than that of viscose fiber, which indicate that the cohesion of the fiber is better but poor smooth. Therefore related measures have to be adopted in its spinning based on the different requirement of the frictional cohesion of the fiber in each process.
