摘要
轧辊磨床用于磨削轧制机中的各种具有中凸或中凹的轧辊,不同辊型的生成和磨削是其关键所在。目前基于CNC装置的轧辊磨床辊型加工还不能最大的满足用户的要求。提出基于西门子最新的840D开放式数控平台的轧辊磨床辊型曲线智能生成。详细分析了圆弧、正弦轧辊辊型曲线在数控系统上的形成算法,并在对西门子OEM开发包的二次开发中得到了应用,最终实现了参数化辊型曲线的智能生成。同时,加工过程的人机交互变得更加动态与直观。
The roll grinder is used for grinding convex or concave parts of the rolling machine. Creating and grinding various roll shape curves are the key techniques. At present, the roll shape processing based on CNC devices can not always meet users' requirements. Therefore, it is introduced that roll shape curves, which are based on the latest open CNC platform of Siemens 840D, can be generated automatically. And the arithmetics of the arc and sinusoids roll shape curves in the NC system is analysed in detail. Furthermore, with the development of Siemens OEM kits for the second time,the intelligent generation of parametric roll shape curves can be realized through arithmetics above. At the same time, the process becomes more dynamic and intuitional in HMI.
