二辊薄壁管材矫直机辊型曲线的研究

摘要 为了提高二辊薄壁管材矫直机矫直质量,求解出一种等曲率二辊矫直机辊型曲线。二辊矫直机辊型曲线的主要参量是曲率半径和塑性变形区,曲率半径主要影响薄壁管材进入辊缝后受压弯曲变形程度,塑性变形区主要影响辊型曲线长度。以弹塑性弯曲理论为基础,求解出曲率半径的计算公式,并基于VB语言,设计出辊型参量计算程序,确定塑性变形区。通过辊与薄壁管接触点切线斜率相同,求解出辊型曲线方程,运用MATLAB、CAD软件设计出凹辊、凸辊辊型曲线图。 In order to improve the straightening quality of the two-roller thin-walled tube straightener, the single curvature roller shape curve of two roller straightener was designed. The main parameters of roller shape curve of two?roller straightener are the curvature radius and the zone of plastic deformatiorn The curvature radius mainly affects the degree of bending deformation when the thin-walled tube enters the roll gap. The zone of plastic deformation mainly affects the length of roller shape curve. The formula of the curvature radius was solved according to the theory of elastic-plastic bending. The calculation program of roller shape parameter was compiled and the zone of plastic deformation was ascertained based on VB language. The roller shape curve equation was calculated by the same tangent slope of the contact point.The figures of the concave roller and the convex roller were designed by using MATLAB and CAD software.
