摘要
对机械搅拌法制备SiC颗粒增强镁基复合材料的工艺过程进行了探索.着重研究了搅拌温度、搅拌头位置、搅拌速率以及搅拌时间等工艺因素对复合材料中SiC颗粒分散性的影响.形成了一种制备微细SiC颗粒(d=5μm)增强Mg-3Al基复合材料的工艺方法,并获得相应的工艺参数.采用这些工艺参数制备出的镁基复合材料颗粒分布均匀,基体晶粒得到细化,SEM观察表明SiC颗粒与基体结合较好.复合材料的拉伸强度和硬度得到提高.
The process of fabricating SiCp/Mg composite was investigated by stirring cast. The experimental results show that the process parameters, such as impeller position, stirring speed, stirring time and stirring temperature, have a marked influence on the distribution of SiCp in MMC. An optimum condition for obtaining a composite with homogeneous SiCp was given. The SEM analysis shows that the SiCp/matrix interface was bonded well. The tensile strength and hardness of the composite were improved.
