摘要
从建立频率保证率法和综合历时曲线法的停航历时表达式出发,提出了航道设计最低通航水位标准的设想。该设想最大的特点是令上述两种方法计算的设计水位能基本一致,即具有较一致的可靠度。
From building the expressions of suspending duration about Duration-Frequency method and Synthetic Duration Curve method, this paper suggests to establish a new standard of waterway design lowest navigable stage, according to which, the design stages calculated by the two methods are basically in accord with each other, so they have the same reliability.
