摘要
从绩效考核的概念入手,分析了当前企业在绩效考核中普遍存在的问题,提出了加强绩效考核管理方法。
Starting from the concept of performance assessment, this paper analyzes the problems existing widely in current performance assessment of enterprise, and advances some methods for strengthening the performance assessment.
