摘要 近年来,随着生物技术的迅速发展,分子标记技术也得到了广泛应用。作为一种新兴研究手段,目标区域扩增多态性(TRAP)分子标记技术已经在分子遗传图谱构建、基因定位、遗传多样性、系谱分析等方面取得了重要的研究进展。简介了TRAP分子标记技术及其在分子遗传育种中的应用。 In recent years, with rapid development of all kinds of bioteehnologies, the application of molecular marker technologies are extensive. As a new method, TRAP (Target Region Amplification Polymorphism) technology plays an important role in molecular genetic mapping and gene location, genetic diversity and pedigree analysis, etc. In this paper, the technology of TRAP and its application to molecular genetic breeding were introduced.
