摘要 从环境宏基因组文库的构建及筛选两方面分析了环境宏基因组学技术所存的主要瓶颈,综述了针对主要瓶颈而发展的最新环境宏基因组学技术,展望了环境宏基因组学技术在微生物生态学基础研究及生物技术应用研究领域的发展方向. This review analyzed the main bottleneck of metagenomic technology on construction and screening of environmental library, discussed the recent developments towards overcoming the main bottleneck. Finally, the enormous scope and potential for both fundamental microbial ecology and biotechnological development of metagenomics was highlighted.
