摘要
获得生长迅速,疏松的愈伤组织是进行植物细胞悬浮培养的前提。研究以"粟冠"南瓜子叶做外植体,在添加不同浓度的BA和NAA的MS固体培养基上诱导南瓜愈伤组织,比较南瓜愈伤组织的诱导率和长势,其中当外植体在MS+1.0mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA的培养基上培养时,愈伤组织诱导率和长势最好。
Rapidly vegetal and pultaceous callus is the basis of plant cell suspension culture. Using the leaf blade of pumpkin as explants,added different kinds of hormones and proportions to MS medium for inducing the callus of pumpkin, then compared the induction rate, properties and growth potential. The results showed that the callus induction rate and growth potential were the highest when MS+1. 0 mg/L BA+0. 1 mg/L NAA was used.
