Liquid Natural Circulating Radiator With Fin for Central Procession Unit

摘要 通过试验,分析了一种独立翅片式液体自循环CPU散热器分别使用不同工质时的散热性能以及充灌率等因素对其散热性能的影响,结果表明,该散热器具有良好的散热性能,CPU表面温度平稳,不出现大幅波动,在R123、R11、R113这3种载热介质中,R123的散热性能最好且最佳充液率为80%~100%。 The characteristics of a new kind of liquid Rl13 and R123, respectively, are experimented, and discussed. The results demonstrate that the radiator temperature in junction layer best and the optimum charge of the die steady. For natural circulating radiator with fin charged with Rll the influences of charging rate on the radiating effect are owns favorable performances, and it is able to keep the R123, R11 and Rl13, the performance of R123 is the ratio is between 80 % and 100 %.
