摘要
对来源于河南省32个县市的93株鸡致病性大肠杆菌进行了O血清型的鉴定、16种抗生素药物的耐药性试验和耐药性质粒的检测分析.结果表明:河南省鸡致病性大肠杆菌的血清型种类众多,以O78、O1、O2为优势血清型,分别占定型菌株的35.14%、18.92%、13.51%;耐药图谱复杂,可以分为58种耐药类型,菌株耐药种类3—14种;质粒图谱复杂,可分为49种质粒图谱,质粒条带1—6条.
93 stains of chicken' s pathogenic E. coli were isolated from chicken farms of 32 districts and cities in Henan province and studied in three aspects: O serotype identification, drug-resistance to 16 antibiotics, and plasmid DNA pattern. The results show that the predominant serotypes are O78 (35.14 % ) , O1 ( 18.92% ) , O2 ( 13.51% ) and all isolates are multi-resistance. The antibiotic resistance species vary from 3 to 14. Among the drug-resistance pattern of the 93 strains, 58 kinds of pattern could be determined, and the 93 stain E. coli can divide into 49 kind' s plasmid pattern. The numbers of the plasmid bands are from 1 to 6.
