摘要
在江苏五个种鸡场,从孵化后期死亡的186枚鸡胚及84羽出壳弱雏中分离出99株大肠埃希氏菌,死胚分离率为36.81%,出壳弱雏分离率为46.43%。分离菌中有50株对昆明(KM)小鼠具有强毒力,对其进行大肠杆菌O群抗原鉴定,共有15种血清型,O_(11)、O_(81)、O_(88)及O_(115)为优势血清型,其余为O_3、O_4、O_(18)、O_(26)、O_(36)、O_(60)、O_(75)、O_(93)、O_(103)、O_(1l4)、O_(113)其中O_3、O_(18)、O_(36)、O_(81)、O_(114)为国内外首次发现,未定型菌9株,占待检菌株的18%。本文还对所分离大肠埃希氏菌的培养特性,形态特征,生化特性,致病性及抗生素敏感性进行了研究。
99 islates of Escherichia coli were isolated from 163 dead chicken embryoes in late hatching period and 84 day old weak chickens form 5 breeding chicken Farms in Jiang shu province The mean isolation percentage of E. coli in dead embryoes and day old weak chickens were 36. 81% and 46. 43% respectively. Of the all E. coli isolates, 50 stains have high pathogenici-ty for KM mice,serotyping results demonstrated that On ,O8i ,O88,and OU5 serogroups were predominant,and the others wereO3,O4,O18,O26,O36,O60,O75,O93,O103,O114,O133, 9 isolates could not be serotyped (18%). Among the 15 serogroups ,O3,O18, O36, O81 ,and O114 , were, firstly repoted in China. The characterization of culture, morphology, biochemistry, pathogenicity and antibiotics sensitivity of the E. coli isolates are also described.
