摘要
利用循环伏安法研究磺胺嘧啶与DNA在pH2.21条件下相互作用的电化学行为.DNA的存在能导致磺胺嘧啶的峰电流和峰电位均发生变化,结合紫外光谱法的测定结果,推测磺胺嘧啶与DNA在该条件下结合生成了一种非电活性的超分子化合物,其作用模式是静电模式,结合常数Kb为4.6×103L.mol-1.
The electrochemical behavior of the interaction of sulfadiazine and DNA at pH 2.21 was investigated by vohammograms. The peak current and peak potential of sulfadiazine changed after the addition of DNA. The ultraviolet spectroscopic results suggest that an electrochemical inactive supramolecular complex was formed due to the reaction of sulfadiazine and DNA. The interaction between sulfadiazine and DNA is electrostatic attraction in nature. The binging constant Kb of the supramolecular complex is 4.6 × 10^3 L · mol^-1.
