摘要
采用洗涤—结晶—吸附—精馏的氨精制联合工艺对原氨精制单元进行改造.生产实践证明:该工艺精制效果好.可以确保生产合格的液氨,所产液氨含硫化氢量小于0.02%,且装置操作简便、运行平稳。
The ammonia refining unit was revamped with washing- crystallization -adsorption- distillation combined process. It is proven by the practice that the process has good refining result which can ensure to produce qualified liquid ammonia. The liquid ammonia produced contains H2S less than 2 μg/g. The plant is easy to operate and the operation is stable.
