摘要
原油生产中普遍使用游梁式抽油机。它具有结构简单、可靠性高、使用维护方便等优点。但存在平衡只能做到局部点最佳、运动速度不合理等问题,致使节能效果欠佳,井下抽油系统损坏较严重。在油田进入中后期及稠油开采阶段,需要一种长冲程、大载荷、低冲次数、高节能的抽油机。为此,文章介绍了一种基于行星齿轮传动换向与变频调速技术为一体的新型无游梁式抽油机。采用变频调速技术,通过监测行星齿轮和回转主轴的运动轨迹,对电动机的转速进行实时调节,避免机械换向产生的冲击与振动;平衡采用电梯形式的平衡原理,达到全冲程上的平衡最优、节能最佳的目的。
Beam pumping units have widely been used in oil fields. There are some advantages such as simple structure, high reliability and easy maintenance. But the oil pumping unit has the disadvantages which include its optimal balance exists merely at part points and its movement velocity is unreasonable, so that they bring about low energy-saving level and more serious damage to well oil pumping system. Hence in the middle and late periods of oilfield production or in the period of heavy oil exploitation, a kind of oil pumping unit with a long stroke, high load, low stroke frequency and high energy-saving is required. This paper introduces a new type oil pumping unit without beam based on the planet-gear and frequency conversion technology, which achieves the goals of a long stroke, heavy load and low stroke frequency. By monitoring the movement tracks of planet-gear and gyration principle axis, the motor speed can be regulated in real-time by frequency conversion technique, and the mechanical shock and vibration are avoided during mechanical reverse. It adopts the principle of elevator balance and reaches the optimum balance state in overall stroke and has the best energy-saving.
