摘要
分析了游梁下偏平衡技术的平衡机理和结构受力特点,介绍了运用该技术对常规游梁式抽油机进行节能改造的生产实践。在不改变抽油机运行参数和同等平衡率水平的条件下,对改造前后的运行电流、功率、功率因数以及有功、无功电量等参数进行了测试和对比,验证了运用该技术改造常规游梁式抽油机的节能效果,具有使用和推广价值。
The balance mechanism of the walking-beam with downward beam balance technique and its loadingcharacteristics of the structure are analyzed in the paper. Production practice of improvement on energy saving effect ofthe walking-beam pumping unit by using this technique is also introduced in the paper. After testing and comparison,the energy saving effect of the technique is proven. therefore, the technique is of use and spread value.
