摘要
以大豆为材料,研究在模拟酸雨条件下叶面喷施不同种类药剂对大豆幼苗生长及其某些生理指标的影响。结果表明:除氯化钙外,云大-120、氯化镧、稀土、爱多收等均能提高大豆幼苗叶绿素和脯氨酸的含量、增加根系活力、促进根系的生长、降低丙二醛含量、增加干物质积累等,增强了大豆幼苗对酸雨逆境的抵抗能力,其中以云大-120为最好。此外,酸雨也会导致土壤酸化。
Using the Glycine max as materials,the effects of several different types of pharmaceutical foliar spraying on its seedling growth and physiological index were studied under the conditions of simulated acid rain.The results showed:in addition to CaCl2,several agents(BR,LaCl3,RE,ATONK),especially the BR,might increase chlorophyll and proline content,enhance root activity,promote root growth,reduce the MDA content,accrue the accumulation of dry matter and enhance the resistance of Glycine max to acid rain adversity,etc..Furthermore,the acid rain will also lead to soil acidification.
