摘要
在高校旅游管理专业实习过程中,学校、企业、学生具有不同的利益诉求,游游管理专业实习的"三赢"存在着诸多问题与障碍。应构建"以学生为中心、以学校为主导、以企业为主体"的"三赢"实习模式。学校通过完善对学生的实习指导措施、加强与企业的合作,企业通过优化管理制度特别是对实习生指导制度来满足学生的利益。
Due to different interest pursuit for universities, enterprises and students, there are a good many problems and obstacles on ＂three wins＂ in professional practice for students of tourism management. Thus, the practical model of ＂three wins＂ should be centered on students, guided by universities and led by enterprises. Namely, the university should strengthen cooperation with enterprises through improving guidance measures for students＇ practice, while, the enterprises should meet students＇ needs by optimizing management system, especial guidance system for practicers.
