摘要
针对南水北调受水区水资源配置的特点,从风险性、合理性、持续性等角度构建了水资源合理配置一般评价指标体系,并运用基于最大POME的模糊模式识别交叉迭代公式和AHP群组评判法进行多方案多目标评价。由于推荐的方案隐含了水资源配置的特点,评价结果合理、客观。
On the traits of rational distribution of water resources in the reception region of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the evaluation index system of rational distribution of water resources is set up from the angles of risk, rationality and continuity. The schemes are optimized by the fuzzy pattern-recognition crossover iteration method based on the biggest POME. Since the recommended scheme contains the traits of rational distribution of water resources, the results are comparatively reasonable and realistic.
